At CUSTOM T. WATCH ATELIER our watches are thoroughly inspected before being delivered to you. Our warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period.

In these cases, we will cover the costs of repair/replacement of the product(s) and/or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use.

*PLEASE NOTE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING THE PRODUCT TO US FOR REPAIR. HOWEVER WE WILL SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE IF THE PRODUCT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY.

The Warranty coverage is transferable in private sales, but with limitations. Coverage will be valid, however, the owner will be 100% responsible for all shipping fees associated with the repair. No special steps need to be taken to transfer the warranty. 

The repair & return process takes an estimated 6-12 weeks. Kindly note repairs may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances which may interfere with the shipment process. 

Please note certain restrictions apply.
- If watches are opened by unauthorized repair centres, the warranty will not be honoured.
- If watches are not properly operated or used per the user instructions; e.g. Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water resistance.
- Watches are NOT covered due to misuse, neglect, mishandling, or accidental damage.- Blemishes caused by normal wear and tear, (e.g. Minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
- The warranty does not cover straps, bracelets, or accessories.

CUSTOM T. WATCH ATELIER reserves the right to determine the Warranty option.
